Privacy Policy
Last updated 18 July 2026
The short version
- The only personal data we collect is what you type into our contact form.
- We use it to reply to you. Nothing else.
- We do not sell it, and we do not use it for advertising.
- We set no cookies of our own and run no analytics or advertising trackers. The only exception is the anti-bot check on our contact form, described below.
- The chat assistant runs entirely in your browser. What you type into it is never sent to us.
Who we are
Prime Selects is a design, application and automation studio operating at primeselects.com. For anything in this policy, contact us at clientsupport@primeselects.com.
This policy covers the primeselects.com website only. Work we carry out for clients is governed by the agreement we sign with that client.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through the contact form:
| Data | Why we need it |
|---|---|
| Your name | So we can address you properly |
| Your email address | So we can reply |
| What you need (website, application, automation, or unsure) | So we can route your enquiry sensibly |
| Your message | So we can understand what you are asking for |
We do not ask for a phone number, an address, or any payment details anywhere on this site.
Technical data
Like every website, ours is served by infrastructure that logs basic technical information such as IP address, browser type and the time of the request. This is standard security and reliability logging handled by our hosting provider. We do not use it to build a profile of you.
Why we are allowed to hold it
When you submit the contact form, you are asking us to get in touch. Our lawful basis for processing that information is legitimate interest: responding to an enquiry you deliberately sent us, which is what you would reasonably expect.
If we later want to send you anything you did not ask for, such as a newsletter, we will ask for your consent first and you will be able to withdraw it at any time.
Who else sees it
We keep the list of third parties deliberately short. Your enquiry passes through these services:
| Service | What it does |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosts the website and processes the contact form request |
| Resend | Delivers your enquiry to our inbox as an email |
| Google Fonts | Serves the typefaces used on this site. Your browser requests these from Google, which means Google receives your IP address |
| Cloudflare Turnstile | Checks that the contact form is being submitted by a person rather than a bot. It runs only on the contact form and receives your IP address and basic browser signals. Cloudflare states it is not used to track you across sites and does not sell the data |
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or pass it to anyone else.
Cookies and tracking
We set no cookies of our own. This site uses no analytics, tracking pixels, advertising tags or social media trackers, and we store nothing on your device.
One exception is worth naming plainly: the anti-bot check on our contact form is Cloudflare Turnstile, and Cloudflare may store a short-lived token on your device in order to work out whether you are a person. It is used for that check alone, not to profile you or follow you around the web. We consider it strictly necessary to keep the form usable, which is why there is still no cookie banner.
If we add analytics in future we will use a privacy-preserving, cookieless tool, and we will update this policy before doing so.
The chat assistant
The assistant in the corner of the site currently runs entirely inside your browser. It matches your question against a fixed list of answers held in the page itself. Nothing you type into it is transmitted to us, stored, or logged.
If a question needs a person, the assistant simply shows you our email address. You choose whether to contact us.
If we later connect the assistant to an AI service so it can answer more freely, that would mean your messages are sent to a third party for processing. We will update this policy and say so plainly before that happens.
How long we keep it
Enquiries arrive as email and stay in our inbox. We keep them while we are in conversation with you, and for up to 24 months afterwards so we have a record of who we spoke to and about what. After that we delete them.
If you become a client, records relating to that work are kept for as long as our agreement and any tax or accounting obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete it
- Provide a copy of it
- Stop using it, where we have no overriding reason to continue
Email clientsupport@primeselects.com and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge.
If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority. In Jamaica, that is the Office of the Information Commissioner.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Credentials for the services that deliver your enquiry are held server side and are never exposed in the website's code. We keep the number of systems touching your data as small as we reasonably can.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever affected your data, we would tell you and the relevant authority without undue delay.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
